Misleading Product Description – Very Disappointing
Very disappointing experience. The product description is misleading and creates the impression that the metal clip-on sun lenses are included with the glasses.
The website explicitly mentions “a premium sunlens metal clip-on to complete the silhouette,” and the product photos clearly show the glasses with the clip-on lenses attached. However, the lenses are apparently not included in the package.
Nowhere in the description does it clearly state that the clip-on is sold separately. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even find the lenses available to purchase separately on the website.
Had I known the clip-on lenses weren’t included, I would never have purchased these glasses in the first place.
For a premium product, I would expect much greater transparency and accuracy in the product description. This is not simply unclear advertising – it’s misleading and leaves customers feeling deceived.
