MARNI EYEWEAR FW25 stemmed from detailed vintage research, with a special eye on the Mod subculture of the late 1960s and the proto-punk movement of the 1970s: from the exaggeratedly oversized round glasses worn by those consuming Kinks records after the British Invasion of ’64, to those, a decade later, already sporting garish cat-eye designs on their way to Stooges live shows.

Marni anticipates the fall 2025 season with a series of well-rounded, essential acetate frames to complement the more extravagant pieces of its seasonal and show eyewear collections.

With the arrival of the Spring / Summer 2024 collection, Marni continues its ongoing creative partnership with RSF for their eyewear line. Retrosuperfuture continues its successful collaboration with Italian brand Marni. The Fall/Winter 2023 eyewear collection draws inspiration from the modular patterns and primary colors that characterize the ready-to-wear line, presented in Tokyo last February.

Anticipating the seasonal collection, this Marni Pre-Fall/Winter 2023 release features a cutting-edge version of the iconic Mavericks, a staple Marni shape in a unique neon green furry edition.

Continuing the partnership with RSF, Marni keeps evolving its eyewear concepts, presenting five new ultralight and flexible eyewear pieces, based on three silhouettes. The core of all the five concepts is unrepeated however: RSF’s Tuttolente technology.

For the second year running, MARNI and RSF join forces and are releasing the new SS23 eyewear collection. Marni is known for its quirky and playful approach to design, marked by unexpected colors, bold prints and unconventional silhouettes, conceived for a more fluid contemporary audience.

This season marks the third edition of the exclusive licensing partnership between the iconic Italian fashion house Marni and RETROSUPERFUTURE. For Fall/Winter 2022 collection, Marni eyewear creates a sophisticated, quirky and experimental line of sunglasses as well as Optical frames. Under the creative stewardship of Francesco Risso, over the last few seasons, Marni has evolved from an eclectic yet classic Milanese brand to present a more fluid, genderless vision of contemporary style. This new release of Marni’s eyewear collection includes eight Sun and four Optical silhouettes, each designed with meticulous attention to details, fit and design.
