A A shipment usually takes around 2 working days in Europe and 5 working days worldwide

 

Q Can I return my order?

A Yes, you can return your order (with shipping costs at your expense) within 14 days. In order to receive return authorization please go to the Returns page and follow the instructions. All merchandise must be returned unworn and in like-new condition with the original packaging. Items must be returned accompanied by the official documentation (original receipt).

 

Q Can I cancel an order?

A Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours for free. Otherwise, you can return the order but please keep in mind that shipping costs are at your expense. In order to receive return authorization please go to the Returns page and follow the instructions.

 

Q Can I change size or model?

A Yes, you can return the order with shipping costs at your expense within 14 days. Once the item is received and checked, you will receive a refund and then you can order another item. In order to receive return authorization please go to the Returns page and follow the instructions.

 

Q It is possible to purchase corrective lenses?

A It is not possible to purchase corrective lenses on our website however, we do offer this service at our flagship store in Los Angeles

A Our sunglasses have 100% UVB/UVA protection

 

Q Do you offer warranty?

A We provide a standard warranty of twenty-four months on all products distributed through authorised channels. Distribution through channels not recognized by RETROSUPERFUTURE® shall not be eligible for this service
