I ordered a copy of

I ordered a copy of a previous pair and got the wrong pair of frames. I paid for the courier to go back to Italy ... customer care ok but could have clarified or asked if wanted the original pair ordered ... they just said return them and then order again online ... online services now very good with all brands. I would review yours

The one you carried and asked for has been sent to you as per your request, the frame was the same but the size you ordered was not the one you had before. We were not aware of the measurements you had.
