No Customer Support

DHL is holding package in USA Customs because package was missing FDA required information to clear customs. Emailed customer support and they told me to contact DHL, who then told me to contact Retrosuperfuture. No response to multiple emails, 1 302-200-4833 under "Contact Us" never has any support agents. I tried calling in 3 different time zones CET, PDT & EDT on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Each day that passes it gets closer to Customs getting ready to send back for shipping. The customer support for this company is disgusting.

Retrosuperfuture is amazing. The quality of the their sunglasses is superb. Amazing high tech quality lens. The design is stunning. Italians are famous for producing gorgeous looking clothing and accessories and these sunglasses are a superb example of the fine craftsmanship and beautiful style that has made Italy world famous. Finally, the sunglasses sold by Retrosuperfuture are very unique. I have gotten so many compliments from people who are stunned by house unique and beautiful the sunglasses are.

I love Retrosuperfuture and I will always continue to buy from this excellent store. The shipping is super fast, the selection of product is amazing, and the quality is incredible. Super highly recommended. I will give them a million stars not just 5 stars if I could!
